Movies Like Superbad

Superbad, a comedy about coming of age, was released in 2007. It starred Jonah Hill and Michael Cera as three awkward high-school students who wanted to lose their virginity prior to graduation. It was easy to incorporate movies from the past. National Lampoon’s style was also used to create the final product. Judd Apatow was the producer, so it’s not surprising. Apatow produced films such as Bridesmaids, Knocked Up, and others. Superbad is like Freaks and Geeks, a movie about children struggling to make their way in a world full of crazy adults. If you enjoyed Superbad, we have compiled a list of some of our favorite comedies.
