Carrabbas – the home to An Open Kitchen

What’s not to like about Carrabba’s Italian Restaurant? It’s one of the very few restaurants that offer an experience in the kitchen that is open. You can choose from the Carrabba’s menu, watch as your food is prepared and take in the smell of your food while you watch your food being made. It’s one of my favorite restaurants to eat dinner at.

The reason why the chicken with Bryan Topping so delicious?

It is possible to ask what is it that makes Chicken Bryan so tasty. The secret is in the numerous layers of flavor. The most prominent characteristic is the goat cheese, which adds a unique flavor to the dish. When paired with freshly cut basil leaves and slices of sun-dried tomato the dish tastes incredible.

Variations The lemon butter sauce for chicken also tastes well with pasta. In my opinion, this recipe could be almost identical to that recipe of Carrabba’s Filet Bryan (minus pounding on the beef) should you decide to try it.

Sauce Preparation

Sauté the garlic and onions in butter that is 2 tablespoons until aromatic and onions have a translucent appearance. Add lemon juice and wine to the pan, and let it simmer until the wine has diminished to half. Once the wine is reduced to half Add 3 tablespoons of cold butter, and whisk until the butter is completely melted.

Place each breast of chicken on the plate. Set a piece of goat cheese over the chicken, then pour sauce onto the meat. The chicken breasts should be topped with the rest of the basil.
